Virginia rocks this technique – love the cards!
Loving the chalkboard cards! Virginia’s did a great job with this technique. I especially like the green chalkboards.
Virginia. Love all of the cards! I’m going to try the chalkboard technique; hope mine look as nice as yours.
Really cute and unusual idea. It pops.
Virginia’s creations are always inspiring and I look forward to seeing them!
Love how she used clean and simple elements with her sentiments on each of her cards today…so fun, and perfect for the chalkboard effect!
Thanks SO much, Barb! I really appreciate that you took the time to comment!
It’s always fun to see what Virginia is up to, she’s never afraid to try new things!
LOVE them and LOVE Virginia! What a wonderful person behind these amazing projects!
Aw… thank you, Lisa! You are a sweetie! xo
Virginia is such a FUN and awesome designer! Love her chalkboard cards here, especially the owl. So smart to have him in the tree with the chalkboard night sky in the middle, the three gem stars, and the chalk (which makes for the perfect clouds)!
You are SO sharp and observant, Kelly! I always enjoy reading your little “analysis” 🙂
I can almost smell the chalk from here! 😉 What memories this chalkboard technique elicits. Thanks for featuring another great paper artist. I visited Virginia’s blog but, for some unknown reason with SOME Blogger blogs I get an error code and am unable to comment. I hope Virginia will be checking back over here and see that I enjoyed her work and blog a whole lot, even though I couldn’t comment there.
Thanks SO much for the lovely feedback, Lucy! I will look into the comment setting for my blog and I hope that will solve the comment problem that you had experienced. You’ve made my day 🙂
Just loving these cards!
I am absolutely honored to be featured here! Thank you, Paper Crafter’s Library! Please keep your inspiring posts coming!
I am always inspired by Virginia’s work and have been for a long time. I have not yet tried the chalkboard technique, but I will now! I LOVE chalkboards and even have a Pinterest board just for them! LOVING the green card with the sweet baking girl!!
Oh these are great, well done Virginia.
Love this technique. Your work is really unique. Love seeing new takes on an idea.
Very cool chalkboard effects. I especially enjoyed card #2, although all three cards are cool.
Your cards are charming – I especially love that you added the red twine tie on the chalkboard square, and adored your use of the pearl heart.
