We’re thrilled to be partnering with Spellbinders for a week filled with fantastic project ideas featuring Spellbinders awesome die templates. With their HUGE selection of die templates in all sorts of shapes and sizes and the ability of their dies to both cut and emboss, they’re the perfect addition to any project!

Every day this week we’ll be introducing you to a different Spellbinders collection and sharing fantastic projects ideas, including of course free video tutorials. The best part? Spellbinder’s has generously donated a prize for each and every day this week!

Today’s Prize – Mystic M-Bossibilities and Junior Raspberry Plate

Before we move on to today’s videos, I wanted to take a minute to introduce you to Spellbinders.

About Spellbinders

As a scrapbooking and craft enthusiast, Stacey Caron identified the market need for one die cutting system that could function in place of several existing tools. She wanted a comprehensive craft tool that would be universal with manufacturers’ existing products, cut, emboss, be portable, and be sturdy enough to withstand the test of time. As a result of Stacey’s entrepreneurial spirit, and her husband Jeff’s creative ingenuity, in 2003 the Wizard Universal Craft Tool was born, along with Spellbinders patented technology Die Templates for cutting, embossing and stenciling.

Spellbinders Paper Arts manufactures, markets and sells the Grand Calibur™ machine, a large format die cutting and embossing machine, and more than 250 patented and patent-pending products under the following trade names: Nestabilities®—nested die templates offering cutting and embossing capability in ¼” and ⅛” increments; Edgeabilities®—versatile edge and detail cutting die templates;Shapeabilities®—the first free-form, shaped die templates, offering the ability to cut or emboss in the center of cards and in any orientation.

Several new collections have been added since 2008, including: Borderabilities® Petite—5½” card making die templates featuring one-cut edges and elegant embossing detail; Borderabilities Grand—12″ scrapbooking die templates to create full-page borders;Shapeabilities Nested Sets – incrementally sized shaped die templates and Nesties®—Nestabilities sets that combine four die template collections for great savings.

In 2010, Spellbinders introduced the Presto Punch™ machine, the first automatic punching and embossing machine, and theGrand Calibur™ die cutting and embossing machine, which can die cut or emboss up to 8¼” wide.

Spellbinders continues to demonstrate ingenuity, integrity and trend setting ideas while remaining a family-owned, customer service oriented business.

Introduction To Spellbinders M-Bossibilities

Today’s projects focus on the Spellbinders M-Bossabilities.  They are THE most amazing embossing folders I’ve ever used because with each folder you buy, you actually get TWO designs.   Watch the video below to find out more and to learn the different ways you can use them.

Exquisitively Yours Card

Our free project video tutorial today is this Exquisitely Yours card which was created by Tracy.  In this card Tracy die cut and layered the Labels 16 Nestabilities to create the focal point of her card.  She then embossed the Pear Pizzazz CS and Terracotta Tile CS labels each with a different M-Bossability.  She also uses the Spellbiners Classic Brackets Edgeabilities to create a decorative strip across the center of her card.  The papers she used are from Graphic 45’s Olde Curiosity Shoppe collection and the gorgeous green ric rac ribbon is the Sage Velvet Ric Rac from May Arts.

 Embossed Butterfly Card

The second card for today – our Paper Crafter’s Library exclusive – is one that I (Andrea) created.  I used the M-Bossabilities to create the black embossed background, which perfectly complemented the designs and patterns from Graphic 45’s Olde Curiosity Shoppe collection.  The decorative “label” and the butterflies were elements I fussy cut from the Parlor Wall patterned paper.  The ribbon is the black 1/8″ Velvet Ribbon from May Arts.
