Welcome to another Featured Artist/Designer Spotlight.  Today we’re thrilled to welcome Therese Calvird. Before we show you Therese’s project, let’s get to know her a little bit more…

ThereseCalvirdProfilePic-09252014-250WHi it’s Therese here and I’m so excited to be playing at the Paper Crafter’s Library today.  I live on the Gold Coast in Australia with golden beaches on one side and rainforests on the other.  I’ve always enjoyed anything crafty but ‘found’ cards about 10 years ago and since then all else has been forgotten.  I am lucky enough to have my own studio and unsuccessfully try not to fill it with all the fabulous goodies that are around.  Currently I’m on design teams for Scrapbook Boutique, AnnaBelle Stamps, Purple Onion Designs, Muse and Mama Elephant & Me.  I also create for the Australian Cardmaking, Stamping & Papercraft magazine.  It’s fun to juggle all this with my full time nursing career.  I enjoy challenging myself to try different techniques and love to share my creations.  You can find me at my blog www.lostinpaper.wordpress.com , Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.

My favourite style is clean & simple with lots of bright bold colours and I also adore flowers.  So today I’ve combined all of that and now you can join in and watch me create this simple card.
