Last week when Tracy reminded me that Paper Crafter’s Library was coming up to it’s ONE YEAR birthday I was absolutely floored! It felt like it was not too long ago that we were popping the cork off of a bottle of champagne celebrating the launch of Paper Crafter’s Library….and here we are one year later.
In honor of our first birthday, Tracy designed this super cute birthday card featuring an adorable party hat with a bright and cheerful pom pom on top. The party hat template was designed by Tracy, and she used some fun Baker’s Twine to make the pom pom.
