Peas in a Pod

One of my favorite things to color are images of fruits and vegetables.  The colors are always so vibrant and rich, the highlights are distinct and there are just so many wonderful textures happening!  This beautiful pea image is no exception.  I colored this image using a “watercoloring with markers” technique which we feature on Paper Crafter’s Library as part of our special section on Coloring and Watercoloring Techniques.  The intense colors of this technique are just perfect for showing off this beautiful image.

Welcome to the all *NEW* Paper Crafter’s World Blog!

I’m so excited to be able to finally launch the new Paper Crafter’s World blog – this is your place to see great project ideas and to keep up to date on all that’s happening on our new site the Paper Crafter’s Library!  A year ago January I started dreaming about starting a site where I could help paper crafter’s around the world develop their skills and interests in paper crafting. It’s a wonderful feeling to finally see that dream come to fruition.

So what can you expect? Well, all sorts of things actually. This will be a place where my sister Sophia and I will share our cards, our scrapbook pages, our 3D items and even some of our mixed media projects. Every project you see featured on this site will also have a video in the library showing either how to do a key technique or even how to make the project from start to finish!

It is our hope that you’ll join us on our creative journey and that this site is one you’ll come to over and over again for ideas, for inspiration and to learn new techniques…..
