Welcome to another Featured Artist/Designer Spotlight. Today we’re thrilled to welcome Ashley Cannon Newell.

Before we show you Ashley’s project, let’s get to know her a little bit more…

In 2008, I started blogging my crafting experiences. Through the years, my projects have been published in magazines and featured on blogs. I design for Papertrey Ink. When I am not in my paper suite, I am spending time with my family, trying a new recipe, or surfing the Internet. I’m also a new mom to a very sweet baby girl.

 

 

 

Valentine’s Treat Tent

I thought you may enjoy a Valentine’s treat project, so I created some Valentine Treat Tents.  The nice thing is that this project can be made with a half sheet of 8.5″ x 11″ cardstock.

◦Trim cardstock to 4.25″ x 11″
◦Score at 4.25″, 8.5″, and 10.5″
◦Follow remaining steps in tutorial
