Hey there bloggers Rita Barakat here! Today I am sharing a layout I made on a Clear Scraps 12×12 XL acrylic shape; I photographed it twice so you could see the details- once on cement (above) and the other with a piece of orange card stock behind it.
The title and large frame are also acrylic pieces.
Altered with gesso and Gelatos.
Color with Gelatos…
Blend with a sponge.
Add some glitter!

This is a brand new product and I’m still not sure how to use it…Is there a video of your layout that I might watch? I really enjoy mixed media and this sure fits that category. Beautiful layout…will scrap lift this one for sure.
Well….besides that adorable little girl featured on the page these products are really exciting. I love the gelato mediums. Reminds me of finding your favorite lipstick long lost in the bottom of your purse. The use of the stencil was so creative. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.

I have never had the opportunity to work with the Gelatos. I keep watching videos and would love to have some. However, they have not come to the craft store here. They look so fun! Thanks for the chance to get them.
After all my years of crafting, I can honestly say I never thought of altering the clear covers! That is brilliant! I shall try that technique soon. I have the wood frames and all the colors of gelatos except the new tropical ones that just came out. This will be so fun to make!

Love this page! the clear acrylic pieces are awesome with the gelatos on them! I’ve only used gelatos once over the weekend in a class on watercolor paper. I see that they have tons of uses especially for acrylic. have to save up and buy these have to have all the colors.
